Job Description

• Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales. This should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives • Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities • Continuous analysis of customer's status • Strategic planning for marketing activities • Gathering market information and apply to sales strategy • Market strategy including planning, identification and evaluation • Marketing communication & branding • Frequent contact with customers • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

Requirements

• Qualification: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (Electronic or Control) • Marketing degree followed by a minimum of 3 years of professional services in marketing and sales leadership role. MBA is an added value • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives • Extensive experience in Control System Market such as integration, Manufacturing, … • Familiar with all types of Control Systems such as DCS/ESD/F&G and also familiar with brands such as Siemens/HIMA/ABB • Well-developed strategic marketing skills • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations • To have the experience in Oil and Gas and Power Generation sector is privilege • Expert in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Fluent in English • Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills • Team management experience • Aggressive, energetic and social • Gender Preference: Male • Ideal Age:30-45
