• Managing agents` affairs and assisting them in order to promote • Setting up and moderating distributed sales network (Capillary Sales Channel) • Compilation and implementation B2B marketing strategy • Compilation and implementation capillary sales strategy • Product presentation and negotiating directly with enterprise customers • Design and implementation of Ads and branding campaigns • Staff training and recruitment • Moderating sales and marketing departments • Providing figures and periodic reports • Compiling sales processes • Categorizing market and customers • Offering solutions for increasing market share
Requirements
• Full knowledge of different kind of building construction materials especially wall materials • Experience or Degree in Civil Engineering • Experience in executive and building sites affairs • Experience in selling construction materials to prominent projects • Proficiency in marketing methods and implementation techniques • Ability to set up and manage sales and marketing departments from scratch • Ideal Age: At least 25 • Fluent in English
