Sales and marketing manager is responsible for: -Collaborating with marketing colleagues, the commercial team and other internal partners to ensure that project deadlines and advertising sales revenue targets are met -Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market -Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the companys overall strategy -Making joint marketing and sales calls as required and actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities whilst developing the skills within the field sales operation -Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to drive sales -Working with Cross Functional teams to implement strategies to push sales -Negotiating and closing deals with client -Arranging and attending client meetings -Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients -Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies, pharmacies -Supervising the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives -Digital Marketing -Sourcing, negotiating and secure additional free and paid placements -Monitoring and reporting on competitors affiliate campaigns and promotions -Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets - Supervising and organizing for all related exhibitions and seminars -Managing Customer satisfaction and complaints process -Collaborating in pricing and discounts strategy process -Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitors action in order to market and product development -Reporting to CEO on the performance of the quality management system -Recommending budget expenditures and evaluate return on investment

Requirements

-Pharmacist -Minimum 8 years experience in pharmaceutical field -Eager to activated challenging targets -Hardworking, Multi task capability and team working -Effective negotiation skills -Problem solving -Excellent skills in computer
