Job Description
- Implementing Sales strategy and plan in collaboration of marketing team, study and suggest Sales Plan for achieving Annual sales target
- Preparing budget planning of the company based on Sales target and updating quarterly with Business head and Finance department
- Collaborating with marketing colleagues, the commercial team and other internal partners to ensure that project deadlines and advertising sales revenue targets are met - Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy
- Making joint marketing and sales calls as required and actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities whilst developing the skills within the field sales operation
- Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to drive sales
- Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies, pharmacies
- Supervising the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives
- Sourcing, negotiating and secure additional free and paid placements
- Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets - Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and product development
- Recommending budget expenditures and evaluate return on investment.
