Job Description
- Plan, design and execute programs to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction - Listen to and resolve customers' complaints based on organizational procedures - Analyze Key performance Indicators and present solutions to improve sales - Marketing planning: - Setting marketing goals - Plan, budget, control and execute - Marketing strategic goal setting - Internal and External market research and opportunity evaluation - Analyzing status quo and - SWOT analysis - Market segmentation and potential customers - Prepare CRM strategies, including unsatisfied, new and loyal customers
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience sales and marketing, 5 years of which in a managerial role - Master's degree in Management (Preferably Marketing) - High EQ - Skilled in written and verbal communication - Leadership skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Written and verbal English , as well as ICDL - Familiar with market research and segmentation - Knowledge to prepare categorized Customer Information bank
