Job Description

- Execute the Sales Plan for Iran and achieve sales revenue, net revenue, and market share through effective leadership, management and maximum utilization of sales team Accountability: - Manage an effective, efficient and productive Sales & Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed. - Setting goals and objectives for the sales and marketing team - Setting annual sales targets - Preparing market analysis - Providing annual marketing plan, specifically: sales forecasts and expenses for each product - Responsible for the planning, performance and development all the required training of Field force teams. - Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. - Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. - Close watching and understanding current market trends and rivalries besides future Dairy potentialities and opportunities in order to hint and give directions to the business development team.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Sales and Marketing of dairy products - Dairy Manager, Sterile and Pasteurized with 5 years’ work experience - Head of sterile and pasteurized dairy products with 2 years’ work experience - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. - Proven leadership and ability to drive sales & marketing teams.
