- Have an indoor activity for negotiation potential customers - Do the outgoing calls and providing company services to users and promoting cooperation - Answering customers' calls and resolving their problems (via website, phone) - Give information to people who calls about all of the services that are providing in our company on phone - Enter customer information and create a work cycle
