Job Description
We are Importers & Distributors of FMCG - Toabcco (Molasses) Products / Charcoals / Confectionery & Diary Products In the market of Sultanate of Oman. Objective of the role: In order to increase the sales and trace new customers as well. At the same time develop good business. List of responsibilities: To meet on daily basis require customers and there needs / to make sure all our outlets are fill with our products etc...Also movement’s procedures etc.... Reporting to: To MD. Subordinates: Sales representatives etc.... Length of Probation Period: two to three months and its depends as well. Working hours: 9 hours daily - starting from 8 Am. Travel requirements: Friday / Saturday off - five working days per week. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Can be negotiate with our requirements. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Yes we do pay commission on sales based on new customer trace.
Requirements
University Qualifications: At lease Diploma in same field is prefer. Other certifications obtained: Certificates of Sales & Marketing prefer but not must. Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 4-5 years experience in the same field is must as it’s easy to work. Specialist knowledge: More understanding of our products is advantage - Tobacco Molasses / Charcoals etc.... Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good negotiation skills / pleasant impress and can handle rush situations as well. Because having driving licence is advantage to go further marketing in order to get more customers etc ..
