Job Description

We are looking for an Area Sales and Marketing Executive for our central office in Tehran. The role requires certain level of domestic travel to visit laboratories for the assigned territories, including private labs, university and social security hospitals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already engaged and skillful, who wants to leverage his / her skills and working knowledge several steps during certain course of time. The incumbent will be required to understand (or learn in details) lab sciences including Hematology, Coagulation, ESR, Urine Analysis and parameters, etc. This is a role where you find yourself well-rewarded with every success, so requires a lot of work, inside and outside marketing, etc. Building up secure and good relationship with the KOL in the assigned territory is an essential part of this role; also detailed and routine reporting of activities for the Sales and Marketing manager and establishing a reliable CRM system is a must for the job. Vital to success in this position are attributes such as: excellent public relations, self-confidence, team-player, self-motivated and fast-learner, as well as analytical mindset. There will be occasions throughout the year in regards to preparation for the exhibitions, seminars and alike, where you will eventually attend, meet your clients and either initiate or close the already initiated deals. Besides all, customer centricity with exceptional client relationship management will be an ideal fit for this role.


Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, Lab Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or other relevant field. Master’s degree an advantage Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles in related field as Marketing or Sales – IVD field highly desirable but not necessary Good command of English language (speaking, listening and writing) Exceptional Client Focus and Orientation Strategic planning skills Excellent presentation skills Analytical mind in Marketing & Sales High proven interpersonal and self-management skills Exceptional writing and oral abilities Able to work under pressure Excellent negotiator and able to close deals Good with Numbers Organized and punctual
