The ideal candidate is expected to:
- Implementing sales procedures with new customers in order to meet personal and team goals
- contacting new customers and handling their inquires
- To follow up sales process from start to end and sustain long-term relations with customers
- Visit prospective customers to present samples or catalogs, informing them about pricing/availability and advantages.
- Research and identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies to present products/solutions to new customers.
- Analyzing and prospecting clients' needs
- Consulting with customers to find their requirements
- Ability to provide technical advice based on customer's need
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Monitor marketing activities and competitor analysis
- Documenting and keeping database in CRM
- Providing regular monthly report to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in the field of laboratory equipment (experience in chromatography product sales is a plus)
- Familiarity with customers who need laboratory equipment and chromatography equipment
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Acceptable English language skill
- Ability to provide statistical and analytical reports
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software and CRM
- Hardworking, multitasking capability, team working, energetic, self-motivated, creative, problem solving, positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility
- At least a Bachelor’s degree preferably in chemistry or marketing
