Job Description

- Objective of the role: We are searching for a self-driven, motivated Sales and marketing expert looking to grow within the Plastic industry with a sales relentless work ethic, creative strategy, competitive attitude.. List of responsibilities: -Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions; -Managing and interpreting customer requirements; -Speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs; -Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfied their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; -Developing & growing long-term relations with customers; -Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; -Making technical presentations and demonstrating to meet client needs; -Preparing regular reports for management; -Meeting regular sales targets; -Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;. Reporting to: Commercial Manager . Subordinates: Commercial team. Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: Sat - Wed 8:30 to 5 - Thu. (every other week) 9:30 to 12:30. Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country as well as traveling abroad . Gross Monthly Base Salary: Mutual agreement . Commission / Bonus / Benefits: It is negotiable .

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Relevant University degree in: Engineering, Management, Sales . - Other certifications obtained: BS in Engineering - BA or MBA is optional. - Nature and length of previous experience: Relevant work experience with plastic industry. - Specialist knowledge: Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing; Proficiency in written and oral English; Acceptable knowledge in plastic processing; -Well-developed strategic marketing skills. . - Soft Skills and Personality traits: -Routine computer skills, especially MS-Office softwares; Communication skills, able to engage with sales team and corporate .
