Job Description

Main duties and tasks: ● Proper identification of customer needs and providing suitable solutions in response. ● Provide KPI. ● Identify strengths and weaknesses of sales team. ● Meet revenue and sales growth targets. ● Hire sales personnel. ● Customer advocate.

Requirements

Technical and behavioral competencies: ● Being familiar with well-know Iranian and foreign CRMs. ● Educational degree in the field of sales and marketing. ● Good command of sales and marketing and negotiation techniques. ● Strong public relations. ● High ability in motivating and leading sales agents. ● Creative and systematic thinking. ● Familiar with online businesses. ● Decision-making and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to team leadership and empowerment. Education and experience requirements: ● (Preferred) MA in field of Commercial Management, MBA, sales and marketing and other related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in related job positions.
