Our company tends to work with a specialist in sales and service management to increase productivity and expand the sales team.
List of responsibilities:
● Management to advance the organization's marketing goals.
● Training and improving team sales skills.
● Reporting the implementation process and process results according to the plan.
● Market research of competitors and customers and refine competitive sales processes
● Reporting to: Marketing manager.
● Subordinates: consultants in the field of immigration.
● Length of probation period: 1 Month.
● Working hours: Sat to Wed:10_6 Thr: 10_2.
● Travel requirements: no.
● Gross monthly base salary: Net 6 million T per month/till +20million T.
● Commission, bonus, benefits: 1% of sales commissions per month .
Requirements
● University qualifications: MBA, Business Management, Marketing.
● Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3 years of sales management experience.
● Soft skills and personality traits: team work, adaptability, leadership skills and communication skills, negotiation, Data Analysis Sales Reporting, CM.
