Job Description
Objective of the role: increase the speed and quality of sales of process , Sale, Negotiating, Having a sales plan, Managing the sales team.
List of responsibilities: Designing a sales plan
Manage the sales team
Sale
support the customer on the issus
resolve and respond to customer issus and inquiries
Meet and negotiate with customers.
Reporting to: C.E.O , C.O.O.
Subordinates: Sales expert , Dealer.
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 17 and Thursday 8:30 to 13.
Travel requirements: Some times.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: 4 million Toomans per month .
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: 5 % Sales commission .
