Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to the upper management. Job Description • Managing sales department. • Creating Sales Innovative Ideas • Preparing & presenting sales reports to top managers • Setting sales promotions & Sales Expansion • Negotiating with clients and dealers in order to boost the sales amount and volumes. • Staff training and succession management • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets are met • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand • Development sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects initiates and coordinates. • Development of action plans to penetrate new markets-creates and conducts.

Requirements

Requirements • 5 years of experience • Ability to communicate effectively • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization • Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively • Minimum 30 years old Maximum 40 years old • People with work experience in Immigration institutions have priority • knowledge of market is an advantage, but not a must • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Fluency in English
