Job Description

Our Sales Manager should typically undertake the following duties alone or in collaboration with other personnel in the sales department: - Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics - Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service - Setting discount rates and determining price schedules - Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Clear understanding of dynamics in terms of sales, marketing, distribution and volume trends evolution of company’s brands and competitors within market under supervision. Area/Market of responsibility: - To develop and execute sales and distribution plan that meets brand, volume and profit objectives for each sales channel. - To follow up on achievements through monthly reviews while setting clear direction on way forward for meeting those targets based on KPI. - To keep alignment with key accounts and ensure the distribution of company’s brands within the area (CRM). - To plan, execute and develop "Trade Marketing Activities" based on defined objectives and brand related activities. - To manage the team to achieve determined sales and marketing targets and to assist them to have full mange over covered channels allowing the adaptation to new market changes through continuous assessing. - To arrange monthly visit schedule to various territories to be submitted on the first of each month as well reporting by end of each month achievements vs plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, or related fields • 5-10 years of experience in reputable companies as a sales manager • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods • Experience with customer relationship software and services, such as Sales Force, Dastyar & ... • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization • Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively • Maximum 45 years old
