Job Description

-Build a constant relationship with the New/Current/Potential customers -Win market share in the transportation industry -Supervise the sales team proceeding and guiding them to get better result -Market Penetration in diverse industries -Provide daily activity and weekly sales reports to general manager -Research into local market and improve knowledge of various industries and transport needs -Conduct researches to identify new potential customers and attract them. -Arrange several fruitful meeting with current and new customers in order to reach their satisfactory point -Searching for new clients and try to get new inquiries to achieve sales targets -Growth of customer profitability and volume of shipments -Provide weekly report of the progress -Checking inquiries

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university / Degree qualified -At least 3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing of transportation -Communication skills, team work, creativity, planning and organization, ethics and integrity -Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and outlook) & Internet -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Superb negotiation capabilities -High ability to persuade customers -Well knowledge in Incoterms -Good knowledge of English -Ability to manage a situation
