Job Description

DrDr is an innovative, online and digital healthcare platform which provides smart and simple solutions for both patients and healthcare professionals and offers complete range of services for both patients and practitioners and is a member of Lyan Capital Management family. For Practitioners: DrDr offers a scheduling and management system, helps them to improve their quality of life at work and offer a new experience to their patients. For Patients: DrDr offers patients more transparent access to healthcare and a full range of online services to manage their health via website and the app: from finding nearby healthcare professionals to 24/7 online appointment booking and management, and phone consultation. We are looking for a highly-creative Sales Manager to lead our Sales team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our Sales operations. Your central goal is to help grow the number of clients while also increasing satisfaction of our current customers. Key Responsibilities are: • Driving sustainable growth of the company. • Offering first-class services to healthcare professionals and patients. • Achieving customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth objectives for our services. • Building and managing a sales team. • Leading and coaching salespeople, from junior/senior sales representatives to sales supervisors to ensure continues development. • Managing the entire sales cycles together with your team, from the initial contact to go-live. Negotiating framework and individual contracts with the customers. • Increasing win rate by improving on existing pitch and presentation practices, including developing new sales promotional materials, building new sales content and partnering with support teams. • Striving to create and maintain a culture of sales excellence and in turn ensuring a positive customer experience for all existing and potential customers. • Partnering with support & customer care team and other support functions to facilitate a strong customer journey. • Cooperating with product management and Tech team to continuously develop platform based on the customer feedbacks.

Requirements

• Sales leadership experience in healthcare industry (e.g. pharma and medical Device), startup and Tech company • Degree and above (MBA preferred) • Fluent in English • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office • Entrepreneurial mindset, Innovative • Verbal and writing communication skills • Strong Negotiation skills • Time management skills • Result-focused with strong performance culture • Attention to details • Networking & PR skills • Marketing knowledge
