Job Description
- Tracking the status of requisitions, contracts and orders.
- Control and Track the Sales process
- Preparing, maintaining, and reviewing Sales files, reports and price lists.
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements, to promote the sales of the company and to provide sales support
- Maintain and develop relationship with Customers by regular calls, meeting and contacts
- Handling market research, maintain and update product and competition knowledge by studying and reviewing market data.
- Monitor competitions, sales and marketing activities and identify market gaps and potentials
- Perform commercial paperwork and correspondence
-Take care of receivable accounts and provide required documents to Financial Department
- Write relevant reports and documents
- Maintain detailed records.
