Job Description
• Plan, develop, build, and execute strategic sales initiatives across distribution channels
• Prepare, build, and deliver all sales promotion programs and literature
• Monitor and ensure Alopeyk is competitive in its specialized market, working with COO to proactively develop programs and strategies to meet our goals
• Creates quarterly plans and actions to successfully achieve budget and goals based on a variety of metrics, determining the best and most profitable way to reach these revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with key customer constituents.
• Be the face of the recruiting effort, leading the charge in the recruiting process—from interviewing to selecting and hiring sales candidates.
• Provide the end-to-end proposal/RFP/presentation response process to ensure all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and delivered.
