Job Description

- Build constant relationship with new/potential customers, needs assessment and great ability to attract new customers. - Survey competitors market and formulate strategy for penetrating; - Choose target markets and also preparing strategies for sale. - Regular preparing of sales activity reports including analysis comment and suggested ways for consideration of management. - Monitor and analyze markets, customers’ needs in order to develop the market share.

Requirements

- At least B/A - At least 5 years’ experience as sales manager in the field of food stuff - To be target oriented - Professional communication and negotiation skills - High ability to motivate and lead the team. - High ability with Microsoft office packages and CRM - Excellent skills in sales negotiation. - Ability to travel locally and holding meetings with customers.
