Job Description

Our company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and recognizing our sales team We are looking for a high-performing sales manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople. You should have at least 10 years of experience in the field of sales management. More importantly, you should be capable of enhancing customer relation and use your communication skills to clarify issues and make points easier to understand. Moreover, you should have good PR and articulate manner as well *Negotiate with the different distribution companies and representatives in other cities or countries in order to choose new agents in other cities

Requirements

- Ability to lead a sale team - Being able to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company`s customer base and ensure it`s strong presence - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
