Job Description

• Analyze market, provide marketing strategies and marketing plans. • Design and operate marketing tactics. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, and research and development appropriations. • Provide market segmentation • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. • Compile lists describing product or service offerings • Determine price schedules and discount rates • Analyze of sales reports. • Monitor contact lists management. • Monitor marketing activities • Manage business review meetings. • Work with advertising or promotion focal points. • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. • Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs. • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. • Providing regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report to CEO.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Telecommunication business is highly appreciated. - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. - Computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet browsing skills. - At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management - Preferably experience from a technologically complex and consumer oriented business Other Skills: - Committed and result oriented - Ability to delegate - Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts - Ability and willing to work in new and changing environment - Talent for people management - Strong relationship builder - Highly motivated self-starter
