Job Description

- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products - Reaching operational and financial targets and goals - Servicing the needs of the existing customers - Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market - Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole - Training sales staff - Developing sales strategies and setting targets - Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets - Compiling and analyzing sales figures - Collecting customer feedback and market research - Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Requirements

- Age: Maximum 45 years old - Education: MD, Pharm-D, DVM - Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in the field of Pharma (experience in multinational companies is a plus) Skills: - Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Perfect command of English language (verbal and written) - Good MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word) - Expert in all marketing and sales steps - Traits: Hardworking, multitasking capability, team working, energetic, self-motivated, creative, problem solving, positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility
