Job Description
-Responsible for leading and coaching a team of salespeople
-Assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of her sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring and firing salespeople
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
-Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
-Direct the team's focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities
-Work with large profile customers or with customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process
