Job Description

-Responsible for leading and coaching a team of salespeople -Assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of her sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring and firing salespeople -Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team -Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence -Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives -Direct the team's focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create training opportunities -Work with large profile customers or with customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process

Requirements

-Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and construction -Honesty & willingness to learn -Teamwork skills -Being on time -Willingness to learn -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Good working knowledge of MS Office -Sales skills and ability to persuade people -Gender Preference: Male and female -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45
