Job Description

- Determine short-term, mid and long-term sale targets and plan preparation to achieve them. - Train and guide sale employees to improve their oratory and negotiation skills for sales maximization. - Define strategies to increase sales volume with organization existing resources - Monitor and guidance of sale employees for contractual tasks - Report problem findings and recommend solutions for performance improvement - follow up sale counter tasks
