Job Description

We are looking forward a sale and marketing manager in Karya Polymer Company who is in charge of below descriptions: Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and product development Identify new markets and segments while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Achieve growth and hit sales targets Develop B2B sales process strategies Analytical reports related to market research Leading the sales and marketing team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets Perform other duties as assigned by management in order to improve activities Collaborate with other departments and provide sales reports to manager Reporting to CEO

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Business/Management/commerce B2B Marketing experience is essential Mastery in brand management Mastery in develop and implementation of marketing plan Ability to develop and analyzing marketing strategy Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM etc. Ability to manage team and team working Good Communication Skills - Effective negotiation skills Self-motivated and self-organized, Creative, active Able to time management, meet deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
