- Prepare new strategies and ideas to sell a new inventive product
- Develop detailed market analysis, identifying market needs in the Electric power industry and target new customers
Effectively manage and lead all sales activities of company’s
- Manage the sales team including day to day management, Set up weekly sales meeting, Motivating the team to get to their goals, joining and assisting in the closing stages
- Contribute and collaborate with colleagues in marketing team to work collaboratively towards business planning goals
- Participate on behalf of the company in Local and international exhibitions or conferences, presenting and selling the company's products and getting new potential leads-Traveling will be needed
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Provides initial and ongoing training for Sales’ team members in accordance with established companies Training Guidelines
- Prepare and provide all kinds of sales reports to the top management, based on guidelines provided
