• Data collection and analysis of customers, market conditions, analysis of competitive market and future opportunities;
• Competitors identification and analysis (product, price, distribution and advertisement);
• Industrial trend supervision and analysis;
• Analysis of various reports;
• Examination of new opportunities within market;
• Supervision on sales team, following up of sales objectives and strategies;
• Supervision on and analysis of markets, customers’ needs and competitors, taking required actions for absorbing market share and product development;
• Analyzing and controlling performance of every member of team and guiding them in the rout of success;
• Supervision on sales activities through planned visits;
• Making sure of realization of regional objectives, following up and measuring monthly objectives.
