You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Outcomes: - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s driver fleet and ensures its strong/effective presence - Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team staff. - Present sales, growth and expenses reports and realistic forecasts - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products among competition status
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Strong skills in Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Word and Specially Excel - Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close - Strong Reporting skills - Flexibility with timing and availability during non-working days - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills - Fluent in on-spot marketing field methods - Having English writing and speaking skills is a plus!
