Objective of the role: 1. Re-organizing engineering sales team structure 2. Directing the domestic and export sales people 3. Expanding export markets 4. Optimizing domestic sales 5. Increasing total sales volume List of responsibilities: Usual classic job responsibilities, as well as excellent communications with Technical team located in plant to fulfill customer requirements and smooth planning to ship the orders. Reporting to: Managing Director, Chairman. Subordinates: team of 4 including 1 Sales Engineer, 3 Salesman. Length of Probation Period: max 3 months. Working hours: Sat to Wed 08:00 to 17:00, Thu 08:00 to 12:00. Travel requirements: frequent travels mostly domestically, couple of foreign travels per year. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Sales Commissions as per Sales volume and growth criteria.
University Qualifications: BSc or higher in Chemical (preferably polymer) engineering, Chemistry or related fields. Nature and length of previous experience: 8 years in Chemical sector sales preferably resin, paint, coatings, adhesive and composite industries. Specialist knowledge: Excellent IT skills (systematic search, mail management, MS Office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CRM) Soft Skills and Personality traits: Flexible, innovative and proficient problem solver.
