Job Description
•Main Objective: This position is for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in market, also recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives are some other aspects of sales manager roles.
•Main responsibilities:
-Creates action plan and effectively manages Sales supervisors and sales staff
-Implements technical sales plans to achieve branch objectives
-Develops and implements sales processes to provide for smooth and timely workflow throughout the sales process
-Ensures sales tools are utilized to maximum advantage in the marketplace for positioning and sales cultivation
-Monitors sales activities through planned double visits and with monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
-Integrates sales reports and presents to area manager
-Analyzes and controls performance of every team member and coaches them in the success way
-Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement
-Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs and plans to determine effectiveness of them
-Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
-Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts through negotiating with others
-Coordinates liaison between sales team and key strategic partners inside and outside of the organization such as marketing unit and strategic customers
-Maintains a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors and customers
-Sets an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
