Job Description

-Provide a solid and precise sales strategy and analyze the market. -Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff, Lead them by and give each member the path to follow in order to reach the sales goal given by the CEO. -Follow up the daily work of the sales team and assist them in some sales to close the deal. -Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams, Provide regular weekly/monthly and quarterly report to the CEO. -Find representatives in big cities and control their activities regularly, Responsible for sales of Tehran and other provinces of Iran. -Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products, -Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity. -Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results, -Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures. -Collaborates with Marketing Team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. -Use various ways to sell and reach the target given by the company managers. -The target customers must be perfectly aware of the company's products, their special offers and events. -Be responsible for providing the data base of potential customers to each member of your team. -Must find representatives in big cities and control their activities (in order to become a national company). -Provide managing directors with weekly reports about activities and achievements.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduated, MBA is preferred. Age: 30-45 Fluent in English Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as sales manager. Key Skills: Good communication and negotiation, Interpersonal relationship with customer and team. Excellent listening and presentation skills. Personal discipline, honesty, precision and willing to remain up to date.
