Managing, supervising, training and motivating sales team Bearing responsibility for completion sales targets Analyzing market opportunities & threats/ demand and sales for products Planning, running and developing provincial sales Analyzing sales data to uncover any trends and identify new information. Providing high level direct sales support to team’s involved in promoting sales to retail channels Providing regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report Preparing and developing customer data base


Bachelor degree, preferably MBA More than 5 years relevant job experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team management and leadership skills Highly analytical and problem solving ability Knowledge of the sales in healthcare industry (pharmacies/ hospitals/ clinics) Full development for ICDL skills Fluent in English Candidate must be based in Tehran Age: 30 –45
