Job Description

-Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients -Arrange and attend client meetings -Negotiation and closing deals with clients -Manage communication between clients and company -Monitoring client projects to ensure quality of service -Generating reports to the Marketing Manager using CRM software -Order Making & processing -CRM management -Issuing bill of loading, manifests & invoices -Managing sales representatives & branches -Collecting Demands & financial clearance -Increase the quantity of sales -Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth -Responsible to supervise the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives -Create, develop and implement sales strategies -Identify opportunities for personal growth; maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, review publications and networking -Monitoring sales activities and implementing company policies -Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and the results -Inventory management and ensure orders are in a place based on sales demands -Follow up on the customers' accounts, invoices and payments -Develop and maintain customers' database -Prepare the monthly / weekly related report to CEO -Responsible for sales planning, managing and developing marketing plans, strategies and - campaigns Customs Affairs Management -Managing Brokers and Business Partners -Monitoring and analyzing received sales and marketing reports and making decision and leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets -Planning and organizing for all related Exhibitions and promotional Seminars around the country. -Supervising and handling all printed materials such as catalogs and brochures -Managing Customer satisfaction and complaints process -Collaborating in pricing and discounts strategy of the company -Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitors action in order to Market & Product development -Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained -Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, and ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in any field -Minimum 10 years of experience in related fields -Eager to achieve challenging targets -Self-motivated -Highly developed interpersonal Skills -Effective negotiation skills -Multi task capability -Leadership capability -Capability to communicate well -Interested in delegation and team working -Problem solving capability -Ideal Age: 30-45 -Desired Start Date: ASAP -Language Skills: English
