Familiarity with the Iranian home appliance market and prominent brands. Establish sales goals and develop/maintain regional sales plan. Train dealers in product knowledge and effective sales techniques. provide analytical and statistical reports. Organize regional training and motivational incentives.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in sales management in the field of home appliance sales. Familiarity with sales techniques and distribution channel design. Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively. Ability to manage time and plan. Ability to guide sales packages to achieve goals. At least a bachelor's degree in related fields.
