Job Description

- Determine the goals of selling products and services and designing the right strategies to accomplish those goals - Develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools and activities. - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Highly skilled in strategic sales representative network - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications - Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales experts and sales representatives - Work with the project teams to develop the shows through database building, research and enhanced value-added events - providing sales plans for the company’s basket of product both existing and New Products - Analyze the sales achievement on weekly basis and make operational strategic changes to ensure achievement of targets in all territories in order to help Team earn their sales incentives.

Requirements

This role requires an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who has comprehensive knowledge and understanding about the potential markets, specifically suitable for health and beauty products to introduce and bring new sales and clients for the company. - Minimum bachelor degree - At least 10 years of experiences in related field - Analysis Skills - Communication and negotiation effectiveness - Strong time management and organizational skills - Be able to design sales target/ and how to reach - Self-driven Efficient - Diligent and hardworking - Male
