Job Description
-Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing their sales team -Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence -Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs -Coach and motivate members of their team -Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales, marketing, and customer support strategies -Achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business
Requirements
-At least 3 years’ experience in related freight forwarding covering Sales and Marketing Air Freight and Sea Freight. Product knowledge in Line and Logistics -Education and experience in shipping. Shipping market knowledge. Knowledge of all segments such as full container, LCL etc. Problem solving skill on operational process. Familiar with procedures / requirements in Iran. Shipping modules and product knowledge -Have commercial sense and ability or potential to develop new markets -Strong leadership, creativity and analytical skills -High team work abilities -Possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in English (oral and written), Fluent in English both written and spoken including the ability to communicate with confidence
