Job Description

Reports to: Sales and Distribution Director Responsibilities: * Design and implementation of an "integrated" and "multi-dimensional" structure for Urban Zoning, client's segmentation and grading * Design and implementation of Routing, Categorizing and classification of customers and clients * Developing deep sales' data analytics and conducting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data-driven reports * Design and implementation of a multi-dimensional and strategic plan based on mathematical modeling of previous sales data * Data-driven distribution channel sales predictions and forecasting (Planning and forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual sales) * Design and implementation of multi-dimensional and dynamic plan for percents and bonuses * Design and implementation of an integrated plan for continuous monitoring of visitors activities * Developing a dynamic structure for point of sales and Help to increase point of sales annually and achieve targets quarterly * On the job training for Merchandising representatives, Supervisors, Wholesale coordinator, Retail activation Rep and Trade marketing representative in order to boosting our availability and visibility in our area. * Ensuring to keep full portfolio in store * Preparing short and long term plan to promote team to find better opportunity in company * Preparing the daily report and make plan from actual report to improve team productivity * forecast purchasing products by pieces and dollar volumes * Training the team knowledge about sales and marketing skills

Requirements

Required qualifications: * Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business Management or other equivalent fields * Minimum 10 years of work experience in Sales various channels * Minimum 5 years of work experience as Sales Manager (especially Regional/area Sales & Distribution Manager) * Strong knowledge of sales software and other required platforms for data analytics and reports * Strong knowledge of professional & organizational communication skills * required knowledge of psychology and behavioral sciences to achieve an optimized management of Sales experts * English Language proficiency * Strong Project Management Skills * Creative mind * Profound problem-solving and decision-making skills
