Job Description

Professional Product Division of Sormenegar (Division of Amadehlaziz) is looking for an agile and goal oriented Sales Manager to lead a driven and highly motivational sales team, presence in beauty sector and also Brand launch planning in Iran who can actually Analyzing competitors Main responsibilities but not be limited to: • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products • Implement national sales plans by developing field sales action plans • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal objectives, aligning with company sales policies and strategies • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met • Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics • Meet with client to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them • Ensure objectives are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4 P. • Align with cross functional team on Brand activation calendar & execute brand related projects & activation • Support Marketing function in managing external agencies & deliverable from them - Reporting to: GM - Desired start date: ASAP - Travel requirements: Yes - Regular travels within the country

Requirements

- The position requires a hands-on approach on daily routes as well as contribution to strategic decision B2B\B2C long term plans and objectives in compliance with Sormenegar leadership team goals and ambitions. - 2+ years of experience as a sales manager or similar roles in FMCG industry(preferably Beauty& Cosmetic) - Familiarity with the advertising process.
