The main purpose of this job is to support and nationally implement core training strategy and programs for generalist and specialist field forces teams in the Country
- Conducting training programs
- Creating educational materials
- Providing continuous teaching by holding role play sessions and supporting the field forces by going to double visits
Requirements
- Related Educational background: DVM, Biology & Related Majors
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor-
- experienced in required skills like: selling skill, people management and coaching
- Good English knowledge
- Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office)
