The purpose of this role is to deal with enquirers from corporate clients, help solve their problems, and advise them on how to use the purchased packages.
● Implementing sales procedures with new customers in order to meet personal and team goals.
● Telemarketing and warm sales.
● Analyzing and prospecting clients' needs.
● Suggesting appropriate packages based on the client's needs.
● Consulting with clients to find their requirements.
● Documenting and keeping the database in CRM.
● Identifying new prospects through cold calling and lead generation.
● Training customers on how to use the purchased packages.
● At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in online services.
● Relevant training or qualification in sales and marketing is an asset.
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM.
● Professional in oral and written communications.
● Fluent in English.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Good experience of teamwork.
