● Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company.
● Handle promotional materials and coordinate advertising.
● Maintain good long-term relationships with customers, sales staff and visit customers’ offices.
● Promote positive relationships with customers.
● Participate at trade fairs and other events.
● Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers' needs and expectations.
● Execute CEO's decisions and orders related to the job.
