Responsibilities:
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
● Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on the process of working with us.
● Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and basis.
● Maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encourage the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
