-Implements sales procedures with both new and old customers in order to meet personal and team goals -Proficients in Telemarketing and warm sales -Prospects/client needs analysis -Suggests appropriate packages based on clients needs -Consults with clients to find their requirements -Documents and keeps a database in CRM -Identifies new prospects through cold calling and lead generation -Trains customers how to use purchased packages -Accounts renewals for current customers
