Job Description

Objective of the role: Customer care. Manage sales process. Maintain good long term relationship with customers, sales staff and suppliers. Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company. Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries. Submits reports of sales activities and costumers’ information.. Reporting to: Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager . Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30am- 5:30pm.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc in Marketing, Management, Commercial or MBA. Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good Office software knowledge. Good desire in team work.
