Job Description
Objective of the role: Customer care.
Manage sales process.
Maintain good long term relationship with customers, sales staff and suppliers.
Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company.
Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries.
Submits reports of sales activities and costumers’ information..
Reporting to: Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager .
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30am- 5:30pm.
