Job Description
Detailed Job Title: Technical and Sales Expert of Agrochemicals (pesticides and fertilizers) and seeds
Objective of the role: Develop the quality and speed of sale process and increase the satisfaction of customers.
List of responsibilities:
- Be diligent in sales and marketing activities;
- Full knowledge of planting, holding and harvesting of any kind of agricultural products in Kermanshah and Kurdistan and Hamedan provinces and identifying problems at any time;
- Data and information collection about competitors' products efficiency and sale volumes and try to analyze and finding solution to increase the market share;
- Implementation and monitoring of agricultural experiments;
- Holding technical meetings and sales negotiations with main company’s agents in each province;
- Making relations with other stores which distributing Agrochemicals (pesticides and fertilizers) and seeds in above mentioned provinces;
Reporting to: Sales Manager.
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
Travel requirements: Travelling between all cities in 3 provinces is a main activity of this job.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: negotiable and more than 7 million tomans
