Job Description

•Main Objective: Marketing and sales for sales and after sales of OTR, TBR and PCR tires •Main Responsibilities: -Marketing and sales and after sales of Truck tires, passenger tires and Mining tires -Sending company introduction -Continuously be in touch with clients -Arranging meetings with the customers -Searching and communication -Preparation pricing for attending into the tender and for receiving enquiries -Analyzing and adjusting the pricing to the customers -Market research, competitor's studies and preparing the monthly report of its activities -Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action -Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand -Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans -Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. -Controlling of customers demand and responding to their requirements by being in contact with commercial department -Training and technical advice to customers for choosing right tires -Traveling for customer visit -Preparing sales forecast according to market study and customer demands -Controlling inbound and outbound cargos in warehouse -Responsible to act in this position and full fill commitment according to the company policy -Reporting to: Managing Director and Marketing and Sales Manager -Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. / Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. *Travel requirements: Continuously *Length of Probation Period: 3 Month

Requirements

-B.A / M.A. in Business -Between 2 to 10 years of related experience -Marketing & financial analysis -Good team work -Excellent communication and social skills -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 23 - 38
