Job Description

- Objective of the role: Maintaining the present customers and managing customers relationship. - List of responsibilities: (1) Issuing offers (2) negotiations with the customers (3) getting orders (4) orders management (5) following the potential sales plans (6) updating customers information (7) reporting (8) supporting after sales services team. - Reporting to: Sales supervisor. - Subordinates: No subordinates. - Length of Probation Period: 1 to 3 months. - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday - 8am. to 5pm.. - Travel requirements: Rarely, depending on the requirements. - Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable. - Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Quarterly bonuses, base on sales targets and performance system.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bsc. (Metallurgical and Ceramics engineers are preferred). - Nature and length of previous experience: Min. 2 years in sales department. - Specialist knowledge: CRM, Negotiations, Office. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good negotiation skills, ability to work as a team member, good communication skills.
