- Look after end to end process of finding the right customers with the right solutions for their needs
- Implement and evaluate ones in order to achieve organizational sales goals

- Monitoring competitor activities and products
- Being able to handle a wild variety of tasks simultaneously such as responding to request for quotation, after sale administration activities
- Lead the initiation and negotiation of contractual agreement with costumers
- Liaise between the company and the client to resolve customer complaints and requirements
- Analyze the latest market trend
- Carry out the market competitor and customer surveys to monitor performance
- Follow up all inquiries and so on
- Manage content and updates for costumer and internal touch points
- Ensure that customers are highly regarded and receive exceptional service during the process
